At 'Naked Until Now' we select quality brands. Every care is given to provide as much information on the product as we feel is necessary to aid you in selecting the right garment. We provide individual measurements for each garment and try to describe it accurately. Our despatch team also take great care to ensure that the correct garment is sent. So hopefully you won't ever need to use our return service.

In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item(s) we will try to make this process quick and easy. All aspects of your shopping experience with 'Naked Until Now', returns included, should inspire confidence and want to keep you coming back. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

'Naked Until Now' will accept returns within 14 days from the day you received your parcel. Returned items must be received in the original condition, with the packaging intact and with the tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.

For the purpose of improving our customer service promise, please give us your reason for returning the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

It is recommended that you choose a trackable delivery service. We suggest that you use Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' or 'Recorded Delivery' service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels until they are received at our premises.

On receipt of the returned item(s) we will aim to process your refund within 48 hours to the originating payment type.

Please note: that postage fees will not be refunded unless we have sent an incorrect item or that you have received a faulty product.
